Choose this strategy if you want to generate the loads of all objects of certain software components. This may be the case, for example, if your system has been reinstalled. Here, the loads that are required for operation are not yet available and must be regenerated. After selecting this task, the Selection by Software Components of Generation Set screen appears.
Here you are able to restrict the amount of objects to be generated by selecting software components. Use the pushbuttons to select the software components you require.
1. Execute transaction code SGEN. Choose Generate All Objects of Selected Software Components.
3. Select the server for parallel generation. For a quicker execution, the load generator bases itself on a parallel processed procedure which incorporates available servers as much as possible. The default selection corresponds to the server used for this transaction and to the computers with the same type (MT: machine type). When you change the server selection, the servers you select must have the same machine type.
4. The SAP load generator will running and you can always look the job status and progress to monitor the process.
